In the Executive Search method, we identify candidates through comprehensive research, and approach them on a confidential basis before conducting interviews and presenting a shortlist to the client. Executive Search is pro-active and very focused by nature, especially suitable for highly confidential assignments or for vacancies where there is a very tight candidate specification and a limited field of potential applicants.

 


Advertised Recruitment
 

Where confidentiality is not a priority, Executive Search can be successfully combined with Advertised Recruitment to provide maximum penetration and coverage of the market. 

Advertisements and/or webpostings are usually under DWG's name although the client's name can, of course, be included.
