Fees & Standards for Executive Search







We base our fees on the anticipated complexity and duration of the search, as well as the responsibilities of the position. We contain costs by capping our fees through a pre-established budget. Since our fee is not related to e.g. remuneration of the position, our objectivity is ensured. 
As a result, our interest is focused solely on finding the best candidate.

While most of our clients prefer to use our services in a fully-retained search capacity, from time to time clients take advantage of our "unbundled" choice of search services. This allows clients to retain us for a discrete part of a search, for example, research, screening interviews or reference checking.



Professional Standards

We conduct business in accordance with the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct. Among the principles to which we adhere are the following:

  • We undertake only those assignments that we believe can be completed successfully within a reasonable period of time. 

  • We believe in an interactive approach to search - keeping our clients not only informed, but involved. We encourage collaboration with our clients during the search process and we work to establish mutual accessibility, candour and decisiveness. 

  • All information concerning our client's business is kept strictly confidential and only to be revealed  when it is both necessary and appropriate.

  • Candidate resumes will not be released without prior permission.
